2013 West Texas Bump List
The West Texas Classification Committee has used the following criteria to move up teams for 2013.
1) Power Rating over 1100
2) In Class Win Percentage of .650 or higher
3) Played in 3 tournaments
The following E Teams will be moved to Class D in Texas West for 2013. They must play in at least 2 tournaments in Texas West before asking to be reclassified. These teams like all teams can ask to be moved down when going to play in Texas North or Texas South.
